When you first reach out to SafeHome Remediation, whether by phone, text, or email, we're ready to listen. We'll gather essential details: your address, name, and a general description of the issue. Typically, we'll schedule an inspection to fully assess the situation and provide you with the lowest quote possible. These are free within 50 miles of downtown Chattanooga. If your location is outside this range, a travel fee may be collected before technicians are scheduled. Whenever work is scheduled, as much as half of the quoted amount will be required before technicians are scheduled.
Expert execution and efficient completion
On the scheduled day, our dedicated technicians will arrive within the agreed timeframe to begin work. Most remediation jobs are completed efficiently, often within a single day, typically taking 3 to 4 hours. If the process requires extensive stain remover, you may need to vacate your home for 1 to 3 days to allow fumes to dissipate effectively. For work in main living areas not requiring vacation, we implement containment and negative air pressure systems to protect you and your family in other parts of your home.
